Mirnaa Menon, who played the role of Rajinikanth’s daughter-in-law in Jailer, has confirmed that the script work for Jailer 2 is in progress and that the director is planning to start the shooting soon. She also said that she is not sure if she will be part of the sequel, as it depends on the director’s choice. Mirnaa Menon said, “I spoke to Nelson sir recently, and he told me that the script work of Jailer 2 is underway. I am unsure if I will be part of Jailer 2. It is purely the director’s choice. If he wants to extend my character, then I will be part of the sequel.”
